participate in the conference please fill out the application form
and send us your abstracts. You can upload the application form
along with
your abstracts directly
from the
conference web
site using
this link.
You can also send your application by
e-mail to the organize committee address at
ubs@science-center.net. It would be good idea to add a
plain text file, which contains all your comments and wishes.

Abstract format is one page A4
(WinWord 97-2003, pt 10, Arial). Abstracts must be
prepared in
English (one page) and (if it's possible) in Russian (second page) and contain title,
author’s first and second names, research organization and/or
laboratory, country, e-mail addresses and text (with figures,
tables and references, if it’s necessary).
